Bruce of Key Auto was great! Found and fixed my Volvo's problem - which was NOT was other shops had said it was - at a quarter of what other shops had diagnosed the cost would be. And same day service. Definitely will go here with car issues.

Great first experience at Key Auto! Bruce quickly brought my car in, called me about 40mins later and told me I needed a new battery, and cost of labor, and I picked it up within the next hour or so. I'm not a car guy, but I felt the whole situation was honest and upfront. Such an easy experience, definitely recommend!

Bruce at Key Auto Center was able to take me right away at 8:30am on a Tuesday for a NYS inspection. It was finished within 30 minutes! I was charged the fair amount with no hidden/extra charges. Bruce was friendly and professional. I would recommend KAC to anyone looking for work done on their car.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. I have been going there since it opened circa 1980. Bruce and the gang provide top quality, HONEST and quick service all the time. I wish I had a doctor, dentist, general repairperson etc like him.

I am been going to Key Auto since 1977. I am sure there are other excellent, honest mechanics out there but the only one I met in my life was Bruce-Key Auto. As usual, when I brought the car in Jan 2016 for an inspection, oil and lube, it was done promptly and the bill was ridiculously low, because no other work was needed. I tell Bruce his problem is that he is too honest and too professional. Gonna miss him when and if he retires..

I was surprised when the mechanic took my vehicle in one day when I did not schedule an appointment. They did the work and I was out by the end of the business day. I would recommend these guys and they are very reliable and will show you your parts that are no good if you ask them.

Brought my nissan maxima here with rattling sounds coming out the front if the engine. In two days when I got my car back and turned On the car, the sound from the engine was gone. The car now turns on smooth and no more weird noise

Key Auto is in my neighborhood and very convent for me. I went in, dropped off, and my car received an oil change right away. The oil change was also the least expensive one I have ever had (under $40). Bruce was friendly and quick and I felt I could trust my neighbor. Bruce even found me a great parking spot on the street by my apartment when the car was finished.
