| I contacted Key Auto recently after the shop I usually take my car to (because it's close to my apartment) couldn't/wouldn't attempt to repair a suspected parasitic drain on my battery. Key Auto Center took my car in the day I called and was able to repair the problem in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. I will certainly trust Key with future repairs. |

Each time the team there was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, I had a secure feeling that I was being given trustworthy information and estimates. Key's prices are reasonable, their work is stellar, and their scheduling is accurate--you get the work you needed at the price you expected, in the timeframe you are told to expect. | I rarely give anyone 5 stars, but these guys deserve it! I?ve taken my Honda C-RV to them twice to change break pads and look into any other issues, and they don?t disappoint! They changed my break pads, and fixed then fixed my rear plate light for free! Their pocket-friendly service is what I?ll choose for as long as I own a vehicle. |

| I think I ran over a box and my muffler started rattling so I went right over to Key and it just saw a loose piece so they fixed it. Very fast and glad not to have get a new muffler. They are very reliable. |
